Before you start to make shopping on CroArt, please, spend a minute reading the basic instructions that will help you moving around:

In order to shop properly you have to have the "shopping cart".
You will get one every time you enter to our shop.
The cart will be with you everywhere you go through Croart.com.
You will notice the cart at the left side of your window, under the CroArt logo.
When you enter to shop the cart is empty and when you add some item to cart you will
notice that "checkout" button appeared.
Once you get the shopping cart it will stick with you (stay active) even if you
leave our store for some time and come back later.
The cart will be cleared when you send the order or when you close
your browser.
The search area (at the top of your window) helps you to find the items you want.
Just choose the category (title or author), write the keyword (or part of it) and
press the "search" button (little magnifying glass) or press enter.
You will get the list of items found in our product database. Beside the product name you
will find the prices in HRK (Croatian Kuna). Some
items will have the "info" button or cover image. Press it if you
want to see the additional info of the product (e.g. all the tracks on
CD, audio sample etc.)
To buy an item just press the  button near it. You'll notice the
qty and price in your shopping cart is changed and :: checkout :: button appeared.
When you press :: checkout :: button you will get expanded shopping cart with more details.
The items that are not currently available are marked like " (Not available) "
near the title.
The
fact that you pressed the button doesn't mean
your order is definitive. You can make up your mind and take
the item from the basket at any time.
How?
First click on :: checkout :: button to get expanded cart where you will find
control buttons:
- the "+" button is for increasing a quantity of
selected items in the cart
- the "-" button is for decreasing the quantity of
selected items in the cart
When you are ready to finish your order choose destination country (if you are not member) and press
the "Continue ordering..." button which will take you to the secured virtual
cashier where you can fulfill shipping and paying details.
CroArt members don't have to choose country, they simply click on the "Continue ordering..." button and fill only paying details.
THE ITEMS ARE
NOT ORDERED UNTIL YOU FILL THE ORDER FORM AND SEND IT so you can quit at
any time.
By pressing "Continue ordering..." button at your shopping cart you will
be transferred to our "secure
server" where you can fill the billing information necessary
for us to process your order. ALL THE DATA YOU ENTER IS SECURELY
ENCRYPTED that will keep your information safely.
Once you submit the order we will start processing it. You will get
the "Order confirmation" via e-mail. IT IS ESSENTIAL
TO ENTER THE VALID E-MAIL ADDRESS. We have to
check all the data you entered (especially the credit card information).
We do it to ensure the top security and to protect anyone from
being abused. THE ORDERS WITHOUT EITHER THE E-MAIL OR CREDIT CARD DETAILS WILL
NOT BE PROCESSED.
You will receive the goods as well as the original invoice as soon
as possible. If any of items you ordered is currently unavailable we will
send you the rest of goods from your order and contact you in order to find
how to handle the unavailable goods (to cancel or to wait reasonable time).
We accept Visa, Mastercard & American Express.
YOUR CREDIT CARD WILL NOT BE CHARGED UNTIL WE SEND THE GOODS TO YOU.
