To order goods from CroArt.com you don't have to be a member, but it is easier because members don't have to fill order form details every time they order something.

ORDERING |

Goods sold by CroArt.com can only be ordered via the website's electronic order form entitled "ORDER FORM". Orders placed with CroArt.com can be denied without reason in the first 24 hours of the order being placed. If CroArt.com cannot deliver all of the ordered items then CroArt.com will only deliver those items available at the particular time. CroArt.com will notify the buyer regarding product availability and the time needed to fulfil an order, including delivery time. All items held and ordered by CroArt.com are done so according to previous buyer demands. CroArt.com reserves the right to amend errors in advertised prices with the knowledge of the buyer. Prices are subject to change without notice.

DELIVERY |

Delivery of goods via mail can be arranged by CroArt.com according to buyer's instructions. Goods are packed in a way as to avoid damage occurring from normal mail handling processes. The buyer is obliged to check the packaged goods from CroArt.com for any visible damage and / or tampering before receiving. If evidence of damage or tampering is found, the buyer is obliged to report this information to a postal offical and refuse to accept the package from CroArt.com.

PAYMENT |

The buyer will be charged by CroArt.com for the retail price of the goods and for all delivery and handling costs if delivery arrangements by Croart.com is requested by the buyer. CroArt.com will charge the buyer's credit card when the package is ready to mail. In the case of a partial delivery, the buyer's credit card will be charged only for the value of available items and delivery and handling costs for the available items. Any local customs, tax or other charges are not included in the price, and CroArt.com recommends you check this will your local authority. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express cards. Every credit card transaction is subject to authorization.

RETURNING OR RECLAMATION | | |
CroArt.com guarantees the working order of all goods for the first 30 days from delivery. If you receive defective product(s) from us, please contact CroArt.com to arrange an exchange or refund. Once delivered, you have the right to return goods only in case of: goods incorrectly sent goods that are damaged and damage is not the result of transport mishandling.
